Terms of Service

Last updated November 3, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Synvia Corp, which operates TokenFactory ("we"), for tokenfactory.fast and the APIs and services we offer through it (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept them. If you accept for a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind it.

1. Who can use the Service

  • You must be at least 18 and old enough to enter a contract where you live.
  • The Service is not available where its use would be unlawful, and you are responsible for following the laws that apply to you. You may not use it if you are on a sanctions list or in an embargoed country, or for an end use that export law prohibits.
  • Regulated data. The Service is not built for data governed by HIPAA, FISMA or similar regimes, and you must not process it here.

2. Your account

  • Give accurate registration details and keep them current. Do not use disposable email addresses or open several free accounts.
  • You are responsible for everything done with your account and API keys, including use by someone who got a key because it was not kept safe. Keep keys secret, revoke one that leaks, and tell us promptly about any breach.
  • Do not share an account with people outside your organization to avoid paying for more.

3. What you get

A non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while your account is in good standing, including to build applications for your own end users on top of our APIs. The Service provides language, video and other models and rentable GPU capacity. Models are run by us or by providers we use and may change, be replaced or be withdrawn. We try to keep the Service available but do not promise uninterrupted service or any particular speed or rate limit.

4. Third-party models

Some models are made by third parties and come with their own licenses and use policies. You must follow them and pass them on to your end users. Models are provided as is and used at your own risk.

5. Your content and our handling of it

  • You keep your rights in what you send ("Input") and, as far as the law allows, in what you receive ("Output"). You are responsible for Input, and for having the right to send it.
  • You allow us to process Input and Output only to provide the Service to you, to keep it secure, and to meet legal duties. We do not retain the prompts and outputs of the language model API and do not use them to train models; see the Data Policy.
  • Output may be similar to what other users receive for similar Input.

6. Outputs can be wrong

Output may be inaccurate, incomplete or offensive. Review it before relying on it. You may not use Output about a person as the basis of a decision with legal or similarly significant effect on them, such as credit, employment, housing, insurance, legal or medical matters. Do not present Output as written by a human where that would mislead.

7. Acceptable use

You will not, and will not let others:

  • break the law or infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
  • send or generate child sexual abuse material, defamatory, harassing or obscene content, or content that incites violence;
  • attack, probe or overload the Service or anyone else's systems, or run malware;
  • mine cryptocurrency on resources you rent from us unless we have agreed to it;
  • get around rate limits, billing, access controls or usage limits, or reverse engineer or copy the Service;
  • impersonate others, commit fraud, or send unsolicited bulk messages;
  • use Output to build a model that competes with the model's provider where its license forbids that;
  • resell access to the Service under our name, or run a service bureau for third parties, without our written agreement.

We may investigate, and suspend or end access to requests, keys or accounts that break these rules. We may disclose information to authorities when we believe it is reasonably necessary, though we hold no prompts or outputs to disclose.

8. Prices and payment

  • Charges are at the prices posted on the site and in our models listing, in US dollars. Language model usage is charged per token; some models cost less at certain hours of the day, as stated in the listing. We may change prices for future use, and we will update the posted price before the change applies. We may correct pricing errors.
  • Some services draw on a prepaid balance that you top up through Stripe. Balance is not a deposit account and does not earn interest.
  • Taxes are your responsibility.
  • Tell us within 60 days if you think a charge is wrong; after that it is treated as correct. If a payment is disputed or reversed with your bank, we may freeze billing on the account until it is resolved.
  • Usage that has already been served is not refundable. Unused prepaid balance can be refunded on request to contact@zeus.rocks, at our discretion, less payment processing fees.
  • An account whose balance is exhausted or whose payment fails may be suspended.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, its software and our names and logos belong to us or our licensors, and you get only the right to use them as these terms allow. Feedback you send us may be used by us freely, with no payment to you. Components released under open-source licenses are governed by those licenses.

10. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers, such as payment processors, model providers and the cloud companies behind GPU capacity. Their terms may also apply to you for the part they provide, and we do not endorse or control them and are not responsible for their acts.

11. Security and privacy

We run an information-security program suited to the Service, but cannot promise that it will never be breached. How we handle personal information is in the Privacy Policy. If you put other people's personal information in your Input you must give them whatever notices the law requires.

12. Suspension and ending

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time; content in a closed account may not be recoverable. We may suspend or end your access, remove content, or block IP addresses if you break these terms, if your use creates risk for others or for us, or if the law requires. Sections that by their nature should survive ending (including 5, 8 to 10 and 13 to 17) do.

13. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", and you use it at your own risk. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we are not responsible for the accuracy of Output, for interruptions, or for third-party products.

14. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim arose, but not less than US$100.

15. Indemnification

You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims, and the resulting losses and reasonable costs, that arise from your Input, your use of the Service, your applications, or your breach of these terms. We will give you prompt notice of the claim and reasonable help in defending it.

16. Notices

You can give us notice at contact@zeus.rocks. We can give you notice at the email address on your account, and it is treated as received 24 hours after we send it. Agreeing to these terms and giving notices electronically is binding, as if on paper.

17. Changes and general terms

  • We may change these terms or the Service. The date above shows the latest version, we will tell account holders by email about material changes, and using the Service after a change takes effect means you accept it.
  • These terms, with the Privacy Policy and Data Policy, are the whole agreement between us about the Service.
  • If we do not enforce a term, that is not a waiver. If a term is unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Neither of us is liable for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger or sale.
