Quality and output
What a finished file looks like, and the knobs that trade speed for fidelity.
Output format
| Property | Value |
|---|---|
| Container | MP4 |
| Video | H.264, 24 fps |
| Audio | AAC, stereo, 32 kHz, synchronized to the video |
| Length | 4 to 15 seconds, set by seconds |
| Resolution | Up to 768p: short_edge 768, for example 1344×768 at 16:9 |
The quality setting
| quality | What it is | Status |
|---|---|---|
lossless | The full reference path at the model’s full 50-step schedule. Highest fidelity, slowest. | Available at launch |
turbo | A distilled adapter that cuts the step count sharply. Several times faster and cheaper per clip, with a quality trade-off. | Available at launch |
high | An accelerated path between the two. | Held back until validated |
- Use
turboto iterate on prompts, thenlosslessfor the final render. highis reserved and not offered at launch. It will be enabled only after its output quality has been checked againstlossless.
Several outputs per job
num_outputs_per_prompt (1 to 10) asks for several takes of the same prompt in one job. Each take is a variant: download them with GET /v1/videos/{id}/content?variant=N, where N starts at 0.
Seed
Pass seed to make runs repeatable. A seed fixes the starting noise; it is not a guarantee of bit-identical output across different hardware, model versions, quality settings, or prompts.
